Jenna-Brooke Destefano is a hometown girl, born and raised in Frederick, MD. She currently lives here with the love of her life, Marc and their furbaby Siren. She is a coach, fitness instructor, bikini competitor, entrepreneur, police wife, puppy mom and thrill seeker. She realized a little over 4 years ago she was made for more and decided to start helping people improve their health and wellness after needing to improve her own. This is where her business, Healthy4Lyfe was born. Paying it forward has always been one of her favorite things to do and now you can find her teaching fitness classes, empowering women, training and coaching others to live better. She believes wholeheartedly in empowering women to put themselves first because it’s not selfish, it’s necessary. When Jenna is not working you can find her enjoying a nice glass of champagne and watching Orioles baseball. Her tagline is, “It’s never too late to be remarkable.”
