Leslie Schultz, #Founder and #President 

Leslie has worked in human services in #Frederick County since 1995 and has been working in the senior industry since 2000 in human resources, management and sales & marketing. She currently works as the Physician Customer Service Representative for Ambulatory Care Services at Frederick Memorial Hospital. Leslie is in the 2017 class for Leadership Frederick County #LFC and is a member of the Commission on Aging in Frederick County, the Chair of the Aging Network Alliance and a committee member for the #Alzheimer’s Memory Ball. She is a past board member of the Elder Services Provider Council and a past Chair of the Elder Expo. She has a passion for working with and for older adults and strives to be a vehicle for change in the senior industry. She envisions a time when older adults live in a world where they feel loved, respected and recognized for the contributions to their families and communities. She hopes others will join in this mission to help older adults live their lives with dignity and have their essential needs met each day.
