Today on Season 2, Edition 65 of the ValorLives Interview Series we have Tammy Feaster with Spherion Frederick Maryland! Woot! Woot!!

Tammy Feaster is the Licensed Owner of Spherion Staffing Group and Donna-Kaye Personnel, Inc. Consulting with offices operating in #Frederick & #Hagerstown, #Maryland, #Martinsburg, #West Virginia, #Winchester, #Virginia and #Chambersburg, #Pennsylvania. 

 Tammy has been with the corporation since 1994 and gained ownership in 2007. She holds a Maryland State Employment License for transfer of direct hire fees.  

Tammy is a current member of the Frederick County Human Resources Society since 2005 and has served on the Board of Directors since 2007. Tammy also serves on the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce representing the Steering Committee as of August 2012.

Tammy’s career experience has allowed her to successfully coach and place individuals in career paths or with their own personal development. She has an expertise of the employment and market trends which give her the capability to consult businesses on employee relations and how to successfully staff professional and industrial environments. She supports consulting within companies with areas such as; human resources, file auditing, maintaining records, coaching and training internal staff with team building efforts and development.

Tammy has her AMA certification for Human Resource Management, Non-Clinical and Industrial Advantage training from Pathways and Achieve Global – Leadership and Customer Service.

Today on Season 2, Edition 64 of the ValorLives Interview Series we have Tawanda Bailey of Bailey Massage & Wellness! Woot! Woot!!

Tawanda Bailey, is a Licensed massage and bodywork therapist. She is dedicated to raising awareness of massage therapy as a key component to quality health and vitality. She began her journey to practice massage in 2008 to fulfill her unwavering desire to help others in a natural, meaningful and compassionate way.

Her knowledge of anatomy and physiology from being an Emergency Medical Technician has given her a uniquely compassionate approach to addressing her clients’ needs. A graduate at the top of her class from Central Maryland School of Massage, she combines intuition and technical skill to provide a touch that allows her clients to relax, release and let go. Watching a dear friend go thru cancer, it became her heart desire to specialize in medical massage. Because of her diverse skill set, she has worked with clients from all walks of life. Not only does she have the ability to contribute to her clients physical health, but also to their emotional and mental health as well.  

 

With traditional Swedish/Deep tissue massage as the foundation, I am also certified and specialize in Sport Massage, Oncology Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Reflexology. I am currently exploring some traditional Asian modalities, Ashiatsu and Thai massage, along side of Reiki and energy healing.

Luke is part owner of #ShieldCo with his brother Neil. He spent a lot of time as a kid working with his father who is a blacksmith. Years later, Luke earned his CPA and worked for Deloitte for 3 years until he decided it was time to return to what he liked best, design and metal fabrication. ShieldCo specializes in laser cut, powder coated metal signage and art, and has produced and shipped signs all over the United States, to Ghana, and Tahiti.
