Chaz Stitely is the part owner of local apparel brand, Fred & Co 1745. An homage to the city of Frederick, Fred & Co 1745 features ethically-made goods. Stitely and his partner hopes to challenge their city into shopping for clothing more consciously: a mindset they call “slow” fashion – to buy higher quality goods, less frequently.
